Equally intimate is the open seating area and adjacent round dining table for eight people with barbecue grill.When the large sliding doors are open, the especially spacious enclosed aftdeck almost becomes an extension of the main saloon, where a number of settees and armchairs provide ample seating for more than ten people. Large windows, cheerful decor and clever lighting create a pleasant atmosphere at any time of the day.Situated immediately next to the saloon is the dining area and a small bar. The generously sized table can comfortably accommodate eight people. And no matter whether your preference is for nouvelle cuisine or exotic Asian dishes, our professional chef is happy to put together exquisite menus of your choice.The master cabin extends across the entire beam of the yacht and features its own seating area, writing desk, plasma TV, as well as a separate walk-in closet. Being conveniently situated on the main deck its position ensures ease of access and plenty of daylight. The spacious bathroom with separate his and her entrance,
whirlpool and central shower unit is the ultimate in sophistication.

The roomy VIP cabin features its own seating corner, writing desk and plasma TV, as well as a bathroom with bath. Two additional twin bed cabins with Hi-Fi and DVD systems are also located on the lower deck. The bathrooms have showers with a massage jet. All cabins are provided with individually adjustable air-conditioning.

Navis Yacht Charter - NYC use MYBA (Mediterranean Yacht Brokers Association) contract that is designed to standardize charter terms and protect the Charterer ( You) , the Owner, and the Agent/Broker.
It has standard protections and escalation clauses in case any problems arise.
Once you have signed a MYBA charter contract, you are obligated to pay the entire charter regardless you actually board the yacht.
In exceptional cases, you may be able to cancel, but monies will be refunded only if the yacht can be chartered to another client, therefore many we suggest purchase of insurance against cancellation.
Charter fee is paid in two rates ; 50% of charter fee when the charter contract is signed and 50 % 4 weeks before charter commencement. Extra expenses are charged with Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). APA is usually 25 % to 30 % of total charter fee and also depending on your itinerary, food, beverages etc. Captain will keep accurate records of funds spent during your charter and at the end of the charter, you will be refunded the difference, or you will asked to pay more during the cruise if further running costs are incurred.
