Built in Australia in 1992 for the owner of Lloyds Ships Holdings with naval architecture by Allan Dowd (Australia) and styling and interior by Bernie Cohen (Australia). The yacht had major refits in 1997 in Australia and 1999 in New Zealand. The main engines had a complete overhaul and have just 350 hours as of Jan 2004). DNV 10 year survey was completed at the same time.
MCA compliancy was granted in July 2003 and she successfully completed her first charter season in 2003.

The owner’s quarters are forward on the main deck. This consists of a private office/study, which then flows through to a full width master with ensuite facilities, including a whirlpool bath and separate shower. Fitted with a Californian king bed, marble covered side cabinets and finished in bird’s eye maple. This are also houses a home style theatre system with flat screen TV. The owner’s study has a custom built Anigre veneer writing desk and separate seating area.
Guests : The lower deck guest accommodation consists of a full width VIP cabin with a Californian king bed, home theatre system and flat screen TV.
There is crew accommodation for 8 in 5 cabins, including the captain. The captain’s cabin and the first mate’s cabin are housed on the upper deck, aft of the raised wheelhouse

Navis Yacht Charter - NYC use MYBA (Mediterranean Yacht Brokers Association) contract that is designed to standardize charter terms and protect the Charterer ( You) , the Owner, and the Agent/Broker.
It has standard protections and escalation clauses in case any problems arise.
Once you have signed a MYBA charter contract, you are obligated to pay the entire charter regardless you actually board the yacht.
In exceptional cases, you may be able to cancel, but monies will be refunded only if the yacht can be chartered to another client, therefore many we suggest purchase of insurance against cancellation.
Charter fee is paid in two rates ; 50% of charter fee when the charter contract is signed and 50 % 4 weeks before charter commencement. Extra expenses are charged with Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). APA is usually 25 % to 30 % of total charter fee and also depending on your itinerary, food, beverages etc. Captain will keep accurate records of funds spent during your charter and at the end of the charter, you will be refunded the difference, or you will asked to pay more during the cruise if further running costs are incurred.
