LADY IN BLUE was built for a high profile executive, who enjoys sharing life aboard with friends and associates. To accommodate his highly social lifestyle, the yacht's interior volume was maximised by extending the superstructure several metres over a well-proven hullform. The owner particularly enjoys entertaining large groups, so the main-deck saloon and dining area plan is open, for easy guest circulation during sit-down events or stand-up cocktail parties.

The general arrangement features a large sundeck, and beneath it an unusually spacious wheelhouse on the bridge deck, separated from a lounge/entertainment area by the captain's cabin and pantry. A disco, with large loudspeakers, is set aft on the bridge deck, served by a concealed disc-jockey desk. The ample master suite is on the main deck forward; four very comfortable double-berthed guest staterooms are set aft on the 'tween deck, which also accommodates quarters for 14 crew. Guests and crew are conveniently separated by the engine room, set forward of amidships to enhance hull trim. The interior décor-as is to be expected from Studio Pinto-is eclectic, informal, and highly original, featuring eight varieties of wood and other fine materials cleverly combined as never before seen on a luxury yacht.

Navis Yacht Charter - NYC use MYBA (Mediterranean Yacht Brokers Association) contract that is designed to standardize charter terms and protect the Charterer ( You) , the Owner, and the Agent/Broker.
It has standard protections and escalation clauses in case any problems arise.
Once you have signed a MYBA charter contract, you are obligated to pay the entire charter regardless you actually board the yacht.
In exceptional cases, you may be able to cancel, but monies will be refunded only if the yacht can be chartered to another client, therefore many we suggest purchase of insurance against cancellation.
Charter fee is paid in two rates ; 50% of charter fee when the charter contract is signed and 50 % 4 weeks before charter commencement. Extra expenses are charged with Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). APA is usually 25 % to 30 % of total charter fee and also depending on your itinerary, food, beverages etc. Captain will keep accurate records of funds spent during your charter and at the end of the charter, you will be refunded the difference, or you will asked to pay more during the cruise if further running costs are incurred.
