MY Trust

Luxury yacht – MY Trust is built in 2008 by Hakvoort and available for luxury yacht charter in Mediterranean destinations. The naval architect designed is Diana Yacht Design, the exterior was designed by Cor de Rover, and the interiors are the work of Felix Buytendijk with a nod to sailing yacht décor.

The design utilizes the colours of the Dutch flag - white and blue with touches of red.
The owner’s suite, which has been created with the teak veneer theme utilized frequently throughout the vessel, is on the main deck and has a high ceiling of 2.30 metres, as well as decorative pillars. It features a four-poster king-sized bed, an LCD flatscreen television that can be retracted, a walk-in closet, a full-length mirror, two white rattan chairs with blue and white linens, and a deep blue carpet. The suite also contains a study with brown leather chairs and a large desk.

The owner’s bath is unusually spacious and comes with some special amenities – a whirlpool bath and shower with a glass door, a sauna with 8 infrared heater panels and a treadmill with an attached television.
The four guest suites are on the lower deck, as are the four crew cabins, each of which accommodates two crew members.

One of the double VIP guest suites is similar in design to the owner’s suite with dark wood furnishings, a deep blue carpet, and blue and white window treatments. The other double VIP suite also features dark wood furnishings with white walls and blue and white linens. The twin cabins follow the same design as the second VIP suite. All guest cabins have ensuite bathrooms. All cabins feature Crestron controls that manage not only the Kaleidescape AV system but also lighting, curtains, air-conditioning and iPod/iPhone docking stations.

Main features of My Trust is the exceptional number of dining and seating areas. The dining area and main salon are on the main deck and separated by a partition that contains a mirror on the side that faces the dining area and artwork, with a hidden flatscreen television behind it, and a fireplace on the side that faces the salon.

The dining area seats 8 at a large dark wood table and includes large windows for viewing, a tan carpet, tan print chairs, and dark wood walls. The main salon contains blue velvet chairs, a striped couch with a coffee table for playing chess, and tan curtains with blue tie-backs to match the chairs. A spacious pantry connects the galley to the dining area. All the equipment in the galley and pantry is Hobart stainless steel.


The bridge deck lounge is all about fun with a games table and AV equipment for movies. The lounge is separated from the aft deck by folding doors. The sky lounge salon features an LCD flatscreen television. The sky lounge aft deck has a dining area which seats 8, as well as two couches adjacent.

The bridge deck also contains a teak table that seats 8 and storage space for two scooters. The aft bridge deck can be heated, or a 2.5-metre electronically-operated awning can be utilized when the sun is too hot. Another unusual feature is a mosquito screen that can enclose the full aft deck.

The sun deck has a spectacular circular Jacuzzi for 6 which you reach by climbing 3 steps. The top is made of teak, and the deck, which includes a sun pad and sun beds, can be covered by awnings. Adjacent to the Jacuzzi is a bar in the shape of an L with 4 stools, a sink, ice-maker, refrigerator, and grill, as well as a large U-shaped couch with two teak tables.

We use MYBA (Mediterranean Yacht Brokers Association) contract that is designed to standardize charter terms and protect the Charterer ( You) , the Owner, and the Agent/Broker.
It has standard protections and escalation clauses in case any problems arise.
Once you have signed a MYBA charter contract, you are obligated to pay the entire charter regardless you actually board the yacht.
In exceptional cases, you may be able to cancel, but monies will be refunded only if the yacht can be chartered to another client, therefore many we suggest purchase of insurance against cancellation.
Charter fee is paid in two rates ; 50% of charter fee when the charter contract is signed and 50 % 4 weeks before charter commencement. Extra expenses are charged with Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). APA is usually 25 % to 30 % of total charter fee and also depending on your itinerary, food, beverages etc. Captain will keep accurate records of funds spent during your charter and at the end of the charter, you will be refunded the difference, or you will asked to pay more during the cruise if further running costs are incurred.
