Perseus, a magnificent 50-meter, is the third vessel in the series. She offers 4 lovely Cabins all with en-suites, including 2 cabins with Pullman berths allowing for 10 guests. Her outstanding outdoor spaces include a typical sumptuous  "Perini-style" aft cockpit with protected lounging and dining, as well a large and comfortable fly-bridge including a Jacuzzi. Generous formal dining salon and Motor yacht sized main salon make Perseus a wonderful Charter vessel.

The 50-Metre Series main deck centers on a broad saloon surrounded by wide windows, an enclosed dining room and adjoining pantry, and a separate library. Forward, the pilothouse is the indoor control center for the twin-engine propulsion and the latest Perini Navi automated sail handling.

It is outfitted with the latest Perini system for monitoring shipboard functions such as machinery parameters and the Perini Navi sailing system. Guest accommodations are amidships, where motion is least and volume greatest. The master suite, in the hull sections of maximum beam, has a spacious double bedroom and study, two large bathrooms, and a wide dressing room.  The Master Stateroom is the full width of the ship, just aft of amidships, in the most comfortable part of the yacht for motion. There is a king size berth to the port side, spacious hanging lockers in the "sleeping room", and open access to the owners sitting room to starboard which is laid out as an owner's sitting room but can convert to a children's cabin or additional guest stateroom by converting the settee.  Both the stateroom and the sitting room have large plasma screens that disappear behind electrically operated cherry panels; each of these spaces also has an independent sound system.

His and her bathrooms are all the way aft and full beam of the yacht. Her bath is to port, finished in rose marble, with Jacuzzi tub and shower, WC and bidet. A dressing area with extensive hanging lockers separates the two bathrooms. His bath, finished in "Verde Guatemala" marble, is to starboard and features a large Turkish steam shower outboard, toilet and vanity.

That suite and the three double guest suites have large horizontal oval portlights, for added natural lighting and extended outside views. S/Y Perseus' interior is enriched by fine joinery in cherrywood, increasingly popular for its warmth and lightness.

The foreship is dedicated to service facilities, plus quarters and mess for nine crew. Aft, an engineer's control room adjoins the main engine room. The large aftpeak stows watersports equipment, a treadmill and a Laser dinghy, and includes a hydraulic door that serves as swim platform or tender landing.

We use MYBA (Mediterranean Yacht Brokers Association) contract that is designed to standardize charter terms and protect the Charterer ( You) , the Owner, and the Agent/Broker.
It has standard protections and escalation clauses in case any problems arise.
Once you have signed a MYBA charter contract, you are obligated to pay the entire charter regardless you actually board the yacht.
In exceptional cases, you may be able to cancel, but monies will be refunded only if the yacht can be chartered to another client, therefore many we suggest purchase of insurance against cancellation.
Charter fee is paid in two rates ; 50% of charter fee when the charter contract is signed and 50 % 4 weeks before charter commencement. Extra expenses are charged with Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). APA is usually 25 % to 30 % of total charter fee and also depending on your itinerary, food, beverages etc. Captain will keep accurate records of funds spent during your charter and at the end of the charter, you will be refunded the difference, or you will asked to pay more during the cruise if further running costs are incurred.
