Interiors and accomodation:

Interiors' design offer a functional mobile bar opposite the dining saloon, separating the galley from the spacious saloon where the warm cherry wood panelling and leather upholstery make you feel at home. The saloon has got a TV with DVD LCD screen and stereo. The galley is equipped with ample working plane, stove with electric plates, king size fridge with dispenser, ice maker, microwave oven, gas oven, dishwasher. In the central area, below deck, is the Owner's stateroom that utilises the entire width of the hull and which, by fully exploiting the spaces, is provided with a double bed positioned sideways. The master cabin is perfectly isolated from the engine room and is equipped with flat screen LCD TV, DVD, hi-fi; the Owner's private bathroom has also a Jacuzzi. There are 2 guest staterooms, both with separated beds and hi-fi sharing one bathroom. The Vip double stateroom is forward; the soft and rounded shapes of the furnishings highlight the spaciousness of this cabin always with en-suite bathroom, LCD flat screen TV, DVD, hi-fi. All cabins air conditioning and sound systems are individually controlled. One more day-toilet is available; it can be dedicated to one of the two twin cabins for more comfort of the guests.

MYBA Terms

All information are subject to change without notice. Yacht charter prices are for a one-week charter or per day. Exact pricing and/ or any other detail will be confirmed in charter contract.
Any applicable taxes are extra.
We use MYBA (Mediterranean Yacht Brokers Association) contract that is designed to standardize charter terms and protect the Charterer ( You) , the Owner, and the Agent/Broker.
It has standard protections and escalation clauses in case any problems arise.
Once you have signed a MYBA charter contract, you are obligated to pay the entire charter regardless you actually board the yacht.
In exceptional cases, you may be able to cancel, but monies will be refunded only if the yacht can be chartered to another client, therefore many we suggest purchase of insurance against cancellation.
Charter fee is paid in two rates ; 50% of charter fee when the charter contract is signed and 50 % 4 weeks before charter commencement. Extra expenses are charged with Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). APA is usually 25 % to 30 % of total charter fee and also depending on your itinerary, food, beverages etc. Captain will keep accurate records of funds spent during your charter and at the end of the charter, you will be refunded the difference, or you will asked to pay more during the cruise if further running costs are incurred.
